Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space, damage, etc.).

Capaho Web wishes to emphasize that by using any Capaho Web service the customer indemnifies Capaho Web for any violation of the Terms & Conditions, AUP or its equivalent, or any lay, that results in loss to Capaho Web or the bringing of any claim against Capaho Web by any third-party.
